CUSTOM (Revenue Commissioners) (Sep 2024 – Present) : To cater the custom business requirements to enhance the AIS, AES and NCTS services provided to traders online users focusing on the value, user experience, and digitization aspects.
•Developed Selenium- and Cucumber-based automation suites using Insomnia & SOPA UI for API testing for AIS, AES, and NCTS services, leveraging Kibana for debugging and optimization.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, functionality and update/execute test automation scripts.

St James Hospital Migration (Feb 2024 – Aug 2024) : This project involved migrating legacy on-premise compute infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, significantly enhancing the laboratories’ data analysis capabilities, backup processes and security protocols.
•Managed Azure migration testing, achieving a 50% reduction in lab processing times.
•Leading Azure Test Migration activities by collaborating closely with the Head of Labs, SJH Quality Manager, and team members to understand business requirements and design a unified test approach for all SJH laboratories, including test plans for each lab and comprehensive test reporting for the SJH Lab Azure Migration Program.
•Ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 requirements for medical laboratories and to address a non-conformance from the Irish National Accreditation Body (INAB).
•Create detailed overall test approach, test plans for each SJH laboratories, including infrastructure commissioning test scripts and non-functional tests.
•Oversee the execution of the migration testing plan.

D365 Implementation – Children’s Health Ireland & HSE (Aug 2022 – Feb 2023): The project involved implementing D365 Platform and PowerApps Portal for Children’s Health Ireland and the HSE.
•Architected a Playwright-based framework for Dynamics 365, automated test data with Node.js, supporting UAT and ensuring a successful rollout under tight deadlines.
•Architect and oversee the development of automated tests and test frameworks for Dynamics 365,Web & API.
•Creation of automation scripts and running automated regression pack through Azure pipelines.
•Automated test data creation for user registration.
•Creation of automation framework using playwright after technical negotiations with the various HSE,CHI and TUSLA project, delivering tools/libraries and influencing engineers, architects, managers, and product owners.

BlueFace QA Automation (Comcast) (Mar 2022 – Jul 2022): Dublin based Blueface, a leading global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider, was acquired by American multinational telecommunications conglomerate Comcast in January 2020.
•Designed a unified automation framework with Robot Framework and Playwright after technical negotiations with the various automation teams, delivering tools/libraries and influencing engineers, architects, managers, and product owners.
•Integrated into GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
•Architect and oversee the development of automated tests and test frameworks for frontend, backend systems and mobile automation.
•Improve process and quality via test automation, defining the right strategy and technologies based on process and architecture assessment

PSD2 (PTSB Bank) (Oct 2018 – Mar 2022): PSD2 is to enable Third Party Providers (TPP) to access customer accounts held by Account Servicing Payment Service Provider (ASPSP).
•Managed automation of customer authentication workflows, implementing Java-based Rest Assured frameworks for API validation.

Revenue Commissioners Automation Project (Mar 2016 – Sep 2018): Revenue deals with income tax regulation/calculation and in house applications for such purposes. All the application deals with PPS number and tax credit certificate. The in-house application used for taxation are built upon angular.
•Led automation of Angular-based tax applications with Test Complete and Selenium, and built scalable automation frameworks for tax applications, making sure high-value use cases were implemented successfully.

IPMS (Primark) (Mar 2015 – Feb 2016): Primark offer a diverse range of products, stocking everything from baby and kids, to women’s, men’s, home ware, accessories, beauty products and confectionery. Primark opened its first store in Dublin in 1969.
•Designed a hybrid automation framework using HP UFT and Selenium and ran customer success workshops to promote automation adoption, cutting manual testing efforts by 30%.
